Allows a person who made contributions to the Judges’ Retirement Fund (JRF) but who is not eligible to become a retired member of the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) to withdraw their employee account at any time after the effective date of the measure. Specifies the withdrawal of funds cancels all rights the person or their beneficiary may have in the JRF or the PERS system.
