Dear Friends,

I am running for Labor Commissioner because Oregon can no longer afford to ignore the impact of high unemployment and stagnant economic growth on the families of our state.  We simply cannot settle for what we’ve been getting from leaders in Salem and I am running to help ignite a new period of economic growth in the state. 

I will devote myself to finding ways to make the Bureau of Labor and Industries part of the solution, rather than part of the problem. This is your forum. Let your voice be heard by joining the conversation. Learn about the issues facing our Oregon. And with your help, we will win in 2012!
